Welcome to MountainLit, a website sponsored by the Bridgeport Public Library in Bridgeport, West Virginia. Its purpose is to serve as a vehicle for the collection and dissemination of information about past and present West Virginia authors and their writing. It is a work-in-progress designed for teachers, scholars, librarians, students, and readers.  Questions, comments, or corrections may be addressed to the Bridgeport Library.
